Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Startforce's website (the “Site”), any information, text, graphics, or other materials created and/or provided by Startforce and appearing on the Site (the “Content”) and any services and/or software provided through the Site or by Startforce (the “Services”). These Terms of Service limit Startforce's liability and obligations to you, grant Startforce certain rights and allow Startforce to change, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Site, Content and Services. Your access to and use of the Site, Content and/or Services are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Site, Content and/or Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING THE SITE, CONTENT AND/OR SERVICES OR YOUR ACCOUNT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE, CONTENT OR SERVICES. IF YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT BUSINESS TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS WILL BE TREATED AS THE AGREEMENT OF THE BUSINESS. IN THAT EVENT, “YOU ” AND “YOUR” WILL REFER AND APPLY TO THAT BUSINESS.
The following policies apply to the Enterprise plan:
Pricing
$29.95 per month per user
add $14.95 per month per user to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
$2.00 per GB for file storage in excess of 10 GB
This pricing policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of Startforce, Inc. We will provide a minimum of 30 days notice for any change to the rates noted above.
30-day Free Trial
Organizations that sign up for the Enterprise plan receive a 30-day free trial period. The trial period begins on the day that the administrator user for that organization is created.
Cancellations and Returns
The Enterprise plan can be cancelled without penalty or charges any time during the 30 day free trial.
After the 30 day free trial Startforce requires a minimum of a 30 day notice of cancellation.
How to Cancel
Cancellation notices must be sent via email to billing@startforce.com. It is recommended that a read receipt option is attached to the cancellation email.
Credit Cards and Billing
The organization must provide a credit card at sign-up time. To verify the authenticity of the credit card information we issue an authorization-only request in the amount of $1.00. This transaction is for verification purposes only and the $1.00 charge will be automatically removed by your credit card company after a few days. We will not process actual charges until after your 30-day free trial period.
The Startforce service becomes a paid service immediately after the 30-day Free Trial period has expired unless a cancellation notice had been received.
The credit card provided by the organization is billed once each month for the Startforce service in arrears.
The billing day is considered to be the day of the month that the organization was originally created in Startforce and is determined by taking into account the different days in a month and leap years.
Termination of Service
Startforce reserves the right to terminate service to the organization if outstanding charges exceed 45 days past the billing date or if the organization violates any of the published Terms of Service.
